We were originally working with another broker and after 6 months of actively searching for our first home we were really disappointed that we couldn't find anything in our price range. Then we met Christo Strifas at an open house, he showed us around and asked us a few questions and we suddenly felt reassured that he will indeed find us the home that we were looking for in our price range. We were referd to Christos from a neighbor of ours. We were looking for a realtor with experience and someone who was respect and very active. Christo has a good reputation with all realtors in the Laval area, he had inside information on the history of all of these homes and we sold and bought a new house within 30 days. He got us pre approval with a mortgage specialist at a phenominal interest rate, and handled both ends in a way that we never got stressed.
