Shouldhave Lookedharder
I'm convinced that Chris just looks for a quick sale. He'll get you to list for less then what your property is worth. He's also quite rude & abbrasive (which he describes as his level of honesty). Don't fall for his "special" rate, it's complete BS. Fealt like he was on the side of the buyer during negotiations. Steer clear of him when buying or selling!
