BEWARE. Charmaine should not be in business, she is a total scam artist. She is currently blacklisted by the Office of Residential Tenancies due to her considerable failures as a landlord. One of her properties has recently been seized by the Sheriff's office in Regina due to nonpayment of debts, and she remains in contempt of a direct court judgement against her as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR MONEY
