He saved us both time and money! We couldn't have asked for a better agent. He is honest, reliable and very educated in terms of the market and negotiation. We felt as though he worked hard to find us exactly what we were looking for and he made sure that we were comfortable with moving forward in each step of the transaction. My husband and I were comfortable with offering full price because it looked like a good deal but his negotiation skills saved us more than $10,000! We are more than pleased with the decision we made!
