Knows his industry, but not to be trusted. In my experience, he will bend the truth enough to trick you but not enough to get in trouble. The things we found out about the property after the purchase went through showed that he didn't look out for our best interest, but rather for his commission. I find it extremely important to trust your agent so I would never recommend him again.
