I think the best term to describe Brent is a double-dipping, perfumed, arrogant, nickle-and-dimer. Finds buyers, then uses threats of reducing the price on potential sellers to induce them to sign on the dotted line within a very short timeframe. Not recommended... only for the foolhardy. Not sure who his clients are because he double-dips. Where does his loyalty lie? In his wallet.
