Hi Brad, When I first began looking at condo's as my first home, I was unsure of the process and what all was involved. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed and completely stressed out, but you made the transition smooth and seamless. I was referred to you by a family member, who mentioned how thorough your expertise was in the real estate business. As we all know buying your first place never seems like its going to be easy but Brad made sure everything went accordingly. There were no surprises! He made all the necessary appointments in the most timely matter, answered my millions of questions and even referred me to the right individuals to close the deal. I definitely couldn't of done this without his help and excellent knowledge of the real estate business. When I eventually move on into a bigger home I will definitely be calling him again. Thanks again Brad for all the hard work!
