This agent failed to inform me about the noise level around a property he sold to me. The problem was common knowledge to everyone. I had to leave in less than a year because the noise was so bad. I lost tens of thousands of dollars because of him. Absolutely, positively not to be trusted. I would have sued him except that costs a lot of money too. He just wanted to make a buck and he bamboozled me even though I was very low maintenance. ("Marketing skills" and "communication" ratings are irrelevant in my case.)
