My property is listed with Bernard Ivan Lussier since July the 7th. He was on vacation during this pediod and impress me very much by contacting me from Orlando, Florida. His assistant came and I trusted her. Now, I think that Bernard Ivan Lussier is very good to get listings, but I didn't find him to be efficient in my case. For example, I live in a remote road and asked since July 7th to have a directional sign promised many times, but on October 5th, 2 days before the ending of my contract, it never was installed. August 4th, I asked him to give me a true opinion on the value of my property. He had a lot of comparatives but he didn't even look at my property... Thats the only time I saw him in person. I had four visiters, none with him, and received contradiction on reports from those visits, that doesn't help... Finally, I tried to find a succesfull agent, maybe he was just to busy.
