I've transacted two homes with Ben, and both times he has gone above and beyond. I really noticed the level of service on both the buying and selling side of the equations. On the buying side, it was my frist time, so he explained the entire erocess, took me out to see the city and explained the areas. Then everyday around 5pm he'd call and tell me if a house came on in the area and price I was looking for. We went to see at least 15 homes in 2 weeks. The moment it came on the market we went to see it. There were two showings set up the next day, and we offered on it the first night. I didn't have to do a multiple offer, and I got in the home before anyone else even knew it. A year later a I posted out and Ben listed my home for sale. I could tell he was going above and beyond because instead of just photos, he video taped the home... he was always putting it on kijiji and other sites... it took a couple weeks but an offer came in, and we had it sold. I look forward to moving back to Fredericton one day. I hope Ben is still an agent at that time.
