Ben is NOT to be trusted. He wears a smile on his face most of the time, but he only has his interests at heart. He will bully prospective buyers and sellers alike. He is dishonest and will lose his temper if you disagree with him on anything. He has cursed me out on a number of occasions. I have personally observed him share information with prospective buyers that depress the value of sellers' home (whom he is representing), just so he can make a fast sale. I would not recommend him to anyone.
