Bought house that was told basement doesn't leak and 3 years later I"m still dealing with fixings leaks that keep happening. There are cracks in foundation. Ripped out a wall cover in black mold. "new flooring" involved floor that was poorly put in without removal of baseboards. All house electrical wired on one circuit and old wiring that was frayed and was lucky not start a fire. Bathroom old and huge draft in window. Hard to shower with window in shower. All windows do not close when opened. You need to go from outside and push shut. House was soo poorly insulated.
