She goes on vacation without informing the customer. Does not send the critical info to customer in timely manner resulting in missing the good opportunities. Very poor listening skills and does not pay attention to customer requests for example if you are approved for Max. $600,000 mortgage, she will encourage you to buy more expensive properties. When you need her, she has open houses (more profitable ones) and not available. instead of listening to customer, tries to blame the customer.

My family and I chose to work with Ms. Behfuruz when our neighbors reffered us to her after 2 other local realtors failed to provide us a good service. We found Ms. Behfuruz a very reliable professional in real estate business, she is hard working, carding and very honest. She is very attentive and try to answer your questions to the point she make sure you understand each and every situation. As a group of friends now we all use her services as our realtor. No 1 to us

I worked with Ms. Afshari through the process of selling my home. She takes many professional steps to make your home marketable. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. However it took a bit of time for us to get our home sold but just because of the real estate market situation and us looking for a certain condition. During the time she did her excellent job and cared in any ways till brought us an satisfactory offer. I highly recommend Ms. Afshari as a professional realtor in today's time of hardship to find an honest person to deal with specially in real estate. L. Avarro
