Probably good if you are buying (Or so I've been told.) or when the market is good but beware, if you are trying to sell in today's market. While I understand it is tough to be an agent in this market, her strategy seems to be to constantly pester you into lowering your price, while not really spending the time or effort promoting your property. I could go on and on with the reasons we decided to leave her but it would amount to pages at this point.
