I've known Basil since the mid 80's. he was my landlord and since then have had occasion to conduct business with him. I found him to be helpful, fair and very honest in our dealings although some of the above questions I could not answer fully so I put "good" or "satisfactory" as I'm sure Basil's hits that level for the most part.

Leased us a property , misrepresented its features then sold our lease to a new company. Reality is he is still a principal in the new company and simply shuffled the deck to suit his needs. This man should not be trusted to look out for anyone but himself.
