Barbara Sold our home fast and for more money than we thought. She provided us with professionals to help with pre packing and some small updating that needed to be done to go on the market. She does her own staging and organizes and plans all the things we needed to do to get the house on the market. Like pre packing, updating our bathrooms, painting.She then conducted effective open houses, which brought us a buyer. She found us a lawyer and even sent all the documentation to everyone involved in the sale. 24 years selling and buying real estate shows in Barbara's performance and care in every homeowner she works with.
