I was not serious when I called him to look for a property to buy. The plan was make him show us homes , them called a relative who is a Realtor when we are ready to buy. We ended up buying a home from August because we were so impressed the way he handled us, he has unquestionable honesty, no pressure, very deligent , very reliable and dedicated. We did not find a good realtor but also a friend to treasure.
