I was referred onto this guy by a mutual friend. Despite this, he had the nerve to look me in the eye and heavily under-price my home. I switched real estate agents and my home solid for $15,000 more than he priced it at within 5 days. My new realtor told me he was intimidated by the low quote Tkaczyk had initially quoted me and were it not for that, he would've priced it even higher and I probably could have made more. If this Tkaczyk guy is willing to do this to a friend of his friend, what do you think he is capable of doing to you? Stay away...
