At first we tried to buy our first house on our own, but we found it too difficult and time consuming, so we decided to get the help of a real estate agent. We had met Daniela through some common friends a while back, so we called her and we told her what our preferences were (area, type of house, etc). She carefully selected the properties, sent us the list to decide which ones we wanted to visit. We ended up seeing 5, out of which we bought the house we have been living in for the last 6 months. She showed us the pluses and minuses of all the houses we visited to help us decide. We loved the fact she did not try to convince us in buying A house, any house, just for the sake of it. She negociated a very good price for the property, she was very thorough and patient, acted professionally at all times, she helped us a lot. All in all, great service!
