I had a terrible experience with this agent. He did not come to fix some water damage from a defect and then attempted to sue me even stooping as low as faking evidence in an attempt to make his case stronger. Terrible at communicating and even threatening. If he isn't deliberately a liar his memory and perception are divorced from realty. I have never had any problem with any other landlord and dealing with this guy has been a nightmare.

This guy is mentaly retatded, seriously; I'm not joking. I think he has some sort of schizophernia. I do not know how he is in real estate.
