Hi, when I moved from Manitoba, found a property on kijiji ad posted by Amin, so we met, Before signing buyer agency contract, I interviewed 3 realtors and I told Amin about this site and he mentioned I will be satisfied and asked me to genuinely rate him based on my experience. We looked at about 40 properties, wrote 3 offers on 3 different properties and there were unforeseen issues with the condo docs/inspection or CMHCmortgage approvals, I finally successfully purchased my condo, Amin was always available, knowledgeable, he is honest and a great negotiator. His lovely wife Ella and his assistant Hanna contributed to my overall satisfaction.

Extremly dumb realtor, with no knowledge of realstate market. Promises moon and delivers nothing. Totally trustless. Rude and greedy for money. Will not recommend Amin Hedayat to worst of my enemy. Avoid this relator for all future dealings Well wisher

I had hoped that he would make all efforts what he had promised to market (flyers, listing on news paper, internet marketing) my house. But he failed to even do 3 open house. After 3 months I had to de-list and go to another agent who sold in 1 month. Worst part is he was always late for appointment. I do not recommend him.
