Allan was very patient as this was my first place, I did not have much of a budget , never had a mortgage, and was not sure if I should rent or buy due to a new job. Allan showed me how I was paying someone else's mortgage by paying rent and how for about the same monthly amount I can actually own a place. Well I did it and am very happy and am now saving up for a 2 bedroom for next year as I currently own a 1 Bedroom. If you're starting out, you can rest assured that Allan will find you a place in a great area within the Budget. Thank You Allan & will be ready next year for that two Bedroom. Kim

We were just looking for a rental condo, can't afford to buy yet, and Allan gave us plenty of choices. We picked, we saw, we did an offer and ended up in a great unit in a brand new building. Even though it was just a rental property and not a sale, he spent a lot of time with us as though it were a sale. Thanks Allan, give us a few years and we'll be in shape to buy.
