This guy has been disciplined TWICE by the local realtors association. Even his lawyer got into trouble for illegal activities. Check out : www.reco.on.ca and search for his name, you will find his recent $20,000 fine To date he has NOT paid the fine and has NOT paid back the people he took money from He owes money to several people I know and they will never see payment Do NOT trust him
