Alex outdid himself by selling our condo around $15k above market value, and in less than 30 days. He kept us informed throughout the process, and did an excellent job negotiating the selling price. We were so impressed with his work that we gave him the mandate to find us our next condo. Of the 5 he picked, two were nice, and one was OUTSTANDING!!! He found us something at the Heritage, which is probably the nicest building we've seen in Montreal. And best of all, he got us a steal of a deal! Highly recommended.
