Be aware that this agent is posting his own reviews to boost his star scoring and he's trying to hide what a terrible agent he is!! I had the worst experience in my life because this agent DOESN't KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. I also know someone else that gave him another listing and he screwed THAT ONE UP ALSO. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT AGENT unless you want to lose your shirt. He couldn't care less to try to make your place sell for a better price because all he wants is his commission and selling for less doesn't make enough difference on his commission so he'll go for the least amount to assure the sale so he can get paid! There are tens of thousands of agents to choose from working the Montreal market. Don't go with this one because he's lazy and doesn't know what he's doing!

I had the worst expererience ever selling my place in a prime location location of Montreal. It should have been an easy sell but he screwed it all up! He also hides behind strange tactics to advertise his services. He lies about advertising your place it is being advertised in the Gazette or french paper but when you check, you can't find anything! There are tens of agents out there in Montreal, please don't make the same mistake I made!!
