This guy is a total joke. I feel sorry for anyone that might deal with this guy. My wife and I were interested in a property listed by this guy and were prepared to make an offer, two day later we found out the Centuary 21 brokerage which this guy was claiming his family owned closed prmanetly.(due to fraud and mishandling the trust account). I knew there was something off when I met him, now I know. So Stay away from him and his brother, they both are involved in illigal activities.
