I went to see the owner of this franchise to complain about one of their agents Alessandro Monteferrante and all I got was the cold shoulder and no help at all. The agent Alessandro Monteferrante basically screwed up the sale of my place and the owner of the franchise didn't do anything at all to help me! Deal witha another office and not this one. This office is not there to help its clients!

The owner of the agency was rude to me when I complained about the service given by his agent, Alessandro Monteferrante. He couldn't care less as long as the sales come into the office and he's making money
