He is dishonest. We were first time home buyers, new to Canada and for weeks he showed us nothing but lousy run down properties. Finally I myself found something we liked. Still he did not guide us at all about the potential flaws of the properties or help us negotiate price, on top he joined hands with the seller and made us buy the house at higher price by using scare tactics and earned commission from the seller.
