Guy will list your home and hope that other agents sell it so he gets the sellers commission. He carries around 25 listings and I am not sure about his other listings but I never met him past the day he put the sign up till the day he took it down which was almost 4 months. Loves to email instead of talking on the phone or in person. I am very dissatisfied with his total lack of service. I have gone with another realtor who has talked to me 3 times in a week regarding my home and has shown it twice in one week. Stay away from this guy as he only wants the listing. Beware

I personally had to listen to this unprofessional individual deal with an agent who was selling a home. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, he did not represent or protect his client. How on earth anyone would ever choose to work with this person is beyond me. He gives a bad name to the profession, and I would never wish this individual on a client.

We found Guy to be very efficient and knowledgeable. We sold our home with Guy and also purchased another home with Guy (and he gave us a cash rebate for using him for the purchase). This company and agent should be high on anyone's list.

Great realtor, sold our home and helped us purchase another, and we got a rebate back from him. Guy is very efficient and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate in referring this realtor to anyone in the greater Victoria area!

I have used many real estate agents over the years. Guy, as a former teacher, was very reliable and helpful. My home was listed in 2015 and Guy informed me every time another realtor wanted to show the home. My home sold in 15 days and Guy handled all of the paper work, etc. in a very professional manner.
