We purchased our first home with Ilana Popov. Ilana met with us and discussed our criteria's: price range, preferred neighbourhood etc. She was very attentive and particular. We were very pleased how knowledgeable and professional she was! Ilana helped us to find and RECOGNISE the house of our dreams! It wasn't simple situation, because there were many Offers from other buyers for this property! I have been working with Ilana for some time now. My husband and I were looking to buy some investment properties in the downtown area. I called the agency and asked them to recommend their top Rep and they connected me to Ilana. Well 12 years and 6 transactions later (on both the buying and selling side), her uninterrupted energy and perseverance and her will to succeed still astound me. Ilana has provided sound renovation and "staging" advice, and has incredible contacts when it comes to contractors...she has saved me a bundle! But, all of this is just the icing on the cake. What sets Ilana apart from the rest is having the business savvy to recognize the good investment opportunities and the negotiation skills to deal with the agents and the buyers/sellers on the opposite side of the table. Ilana was very professional and made herself available any time we needed her. She took our interests to heart and asked all the questions we did not think of asking to make sure the house we were purchasing worked for us. She also made sure we sold our house first, for the price we wanted, before finding us our new house.
